Let Me Be

Let me be a little kinder,
Let me be a little blinder
To the faults of those about me;
Let me praise a little more.
Let me be when I am weary,
Just a little bit more cheery,
Let me serve a little better
Those that I am striving for.
Let me be a little braver
When temptation bids me waver;
Let me strive a little harder
To be all that I should be.
Let me be a little meeker
With the brother that is weaker,
Let me think more of my neighbor
And a little less of me.

Rafael Nadal beats Roger Federer to reach Australian Open final

Rafael Nadal produced some scintillating tennis to come from one set down to beat Roger Federer and reach his second Australian Open final.
The world number two, who won the 2009 title, lost an opening set tie-break but hit back to take the next three and win 6-7 (5-7) 6-2 7-6 (7-5) 6-4.
Third seed Federer saved one match point on Nadal's serve but the Spaniard held his nerve to take it on the next.
Nadal will play either Andy Murray or Novak Djokovic in Sunday's final.

It was another classic encounter in what remains one of sport's greatest rivalries, with the 10-time Grand Slam champion Nadal extending his winning record over Federer to 18 victories in 27 meetings.
The Mallorcan gave his best wishes to his defeated opponent after what he described as "another fantastic match".
Nadal, who injured his knee prior to the tournament, added: "Two Sundays ago I really couldn't imagine being in the final. It's a dream to be here."
Federer, bidding for a 17th Grand Slam title, started imperiously, breaking Nadal early to take a 3-0 lead only for the tenacious Spaniard to bite back to take the first set to a tie-break.
The four-time champion looked in control of the match until he relinquished his early break, with Nadal restoring parity in the seventh game thanks to a wonderful passing shot.
A mini-break was enough to ensure the 30-year-old Swiss prevailed to claim the opening set, but Nadal bounced back with vengeance to break his rival in the fifth game of the second set for an unassailable lead.
With Nadal leading 5-2 in the second set, the players had to take a 10-minute break for an Australia Day fireworks display, which seemed to affect Federer the most as he dropped his service game.
"It's tough, it's not helpful, that's for sure,'' Federer said of the break. "They told us before, so it was no surprise. But I knew it was a lot of points in a row that I lost.'"
Federer's play was becoming increasingly wayward - he ended the match with 63 unforced errors compared with Nadal's 34 - as he tried in vain to fathom a way of penetrating Nadal's stubborn defence.
Both players' service games faltered in the third set. The pair exchanged breaks before taking the set to a tie-break, with Nadal coming out on top despite Federer valiantly saving five set points.
The second seed went on to secure a crucial break in the ninth game of the final set to serve for an impressive win.
"I thought Rafa played well from start to finish," said Federer. "It was a tough match physically as well. I'm disappointed, but it's only the beginning of the season. I'm feeling all right so it's ok."

10 Ways to Go Green and Save Green

  1. Save energy to save money.

    • Set your thermostat a few degrees lower in the winter and a few degrees higher in the summer to save on heating and cooling costs.
    • Install compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) when your older incandescent bulbs burn out.
    • Unplug appliances when you're not using them. Or, use a "smart" power strip that senses when appliances are off and cuts "phantom" or "vampire" energy use.
    • Wash clothes in cold water whenever possible. As much as 85 percent of the energy used to machine-wash clothes goes to heating the water.
    • Use a drying rack or clothesline to save the energy otherwise used during machine drying.
  2. Save water to save money.
    • Take shorter showers to reduce water use. This will lower your water and heating bills too.
    • Install a low-flow showerhead. They don't cost much, and the water and energy savings can quickly pay back your investment.
    • Make sure you have a faucet aerator on each faucet. These inexpensive appliances conserve heat and water, while keeping water pressure high.
    • Plant drought-tolerant native plants in your garden. Many plants need minimal watering. Find out which occur naturally in your area.
  3. Less gas = more money (and better health!).

    • Walk or bike to work. This saves on gas and parking costs while improving your cardiovascular health and reducing your risk of obesity.
    • Consider telecommuting if you live far from your work. Or move closer. Even if this means paying more rent, it could save you money in the long term.
    • Lobby your local government to increase spending on sidewalks and bike lanes. With little cost, these improvements can pay huge dividends in bettering your health and reducing traffic.
  4. Eat smart.
    • If you eat meat, add one meatless meal a week. Meat costs a lot at the store-and it's even more expensive when you consider the related environmental and health costs.
    • Buy locally raised, humane, and organic meat, eggs, and dairy whenever you can. Purchasing from local farmers keeps money in the local economy.
    • Watch videos about why local food and sustainable seafood are so great.
    • Whatever your diet, eat low on the food chain . This is especially true for seafood.
  5. Skip the bottled water.

    • Use a water filter to purify tap water instead of buying bottled water. Not only is bottled water expensive, but it generates large amounts of container waste.
    • Bring a reusable water bottle, preferably aluminum rather than plastic, with you when traveling or at work.
    • Check out this short article for the latest on bottled water trends.
  6. Think before you buy.

    • Go online to find new or gently used secondhand products. Whether you've just moved or are looking to redecorate, consider a service like craigslist or FreeSharing to track down furniture, appliances, and other items cheaply or for free.
    • Check out garage sales, thrift stores, and consignment shops for clothing and other everyday items.
    • When making purchases, make sure you know what's "Good Stuff" and what isn't.
    • Watch a video about what happens when you buy things. Your purchases have a real impact, for better or worse.
  7. Borrow instead of buying.
    • Borrow from libraries instead of buying personal books and movies. This saves money, not to mention the ink and paper that goes into printing new books.
    • Share power tools and other appliances. Get to know your neighbors while cutting down on the number of things cluttering your closet or garage.
  8. Buy smart.

    .
    • Wear clothes that don't need to be dry-cleaned. This saves money and cuts down on toxic chemical use.
    • Invest in high-quality, long-lasting products. You might pay more now, but you'll be happy when you don't have to replace items as frequently (and this means less waste!).
  9. Keep electronics out of the trash.
    • Keep your cell phones, computers, and other electronics as long as possible.
    • Donate or recycle them responsibly when the time comes. E-waste contains mercury and other toxics and is a growing environmental problem.
    • Recycle your cell phone.
    • Ask your local government to set up an electronics recycling and hazardous waste collection event.
  10. Make your own cleaning supplies.
    • The big secret: you can make very effective, non-toxic cleaning products whenever you need them. All you need are a few simple ingredients like baking soda, vinegar, lemon, and soap.
    • Making your own cleaning products saves money, time, and packaging-not to mention your indoor air quality

Nepal Will Be In Black to 88 Hours a Week

The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has increased load-shedding to 88 hours a week (10.5 hours a day) with effect from Monday. Industrial consumers will face 87-hour weekly power cuts.
As per the new schedule, people will have to live in darkness for 10 hours on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday; 12 hours on Wednesday and Saturday; and 14 hours on Thursday and Friday.
“Increasing demand and low supply compelled us to increase load-shedding hours,” said Chiranjibi Sharma, director at NEA’s System Control, adding that NEA has been making efforts to avoid further rise in power cuts.
Government officials and energy experts have projected that power outages could hit 19 hours a day.
Sharma said that power cuts will come down after Nepal starts receiving 100MW electricity from India as per the recent agreement.

Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao In Nepal

Finally after a decade, here comes an official visit to Nepal from Chinese head of government. Wen Jiabao, Prime Minister of China in Nepal on Today for around five hours.

@Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao
Although the meeting subject and programs of his visit are kept confidential, it’s revealed that Wen Jiabao visit Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai during his stay. The Ministry of foreign affairs on to the Nepali side is preparing to welcome his arrival. Wen Jiabao is scheduled to arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport at 11 a.m. and depart for Qatar at 4 p.m.

Chinese ambassador to Nepal Yang Houlan had met Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai at PM’s residence Baluwatar three days ago and had informed him about the visit.
Previously, Wen Jiabao was scheduled to visit Nepal on 20th December which was unfortunately cancelled because of security issues and possible protest fears from Tibetans.
What do you think the meeting subject will be? Asking billions of dollars of investment from Beijing (from Nepali side)? Asking to stem the flow of Tibetan refugees (from Chinese side).

At lats its is good news for all the Nepali because they feel proud, they get chance to welcome Prime Minister of China after 10 years.  It also be see by other eye that china will invested billion dollars in Nepali economy like they invested in Republic of the Union of Myanmar. And it also help to proof that Nepal is Safe to Visit for...so hope it can boost on our tourism sector.

Welcome Wen jiaboa in Nepal.

Simple Rules of Life That Help You to Be Inspired

Sometimes it happens that you feel down and lost. But there is a good point about this - you have time to think, to concentrate and to check you direction. Here is one practice that helps you to accumulate your powers and find the positive side. Meditate on these rules of life. This is my own list, you can use it and you can write your own:

1. When you help others you help yourself automatically

2. Your smile brings happiness to the world around you.

3. People are not perfect and that is perfect

4. Your heart always sees the truth. Trust it

5. You can do anything you want. What are your wants?

6. You are living to make this world better. Make the best of yourself

7. Life is anything without happiness. Do what makes you happy

8. You will never be completely happy without making others happy

9. Your fears are illusory. Face your illusions.

10. Gratitude is important. Be thankful for the every moment of your life

That is just the beginning - add your rules to this list. Let's make it together!

The Secret of Effortless Happiness

Have you ever noticed just how unhappy you can get over the fact you are not happy? Unexamined, this behavior seems to make sense. But a closer look at it will reveal that being unhappy over being unhappy is like throwing gasoline on a fire to put it out. You get lots of fire and smoke - even a strange excitement - but in the end all you are left with is ashes. This is why you must understand this next amazing fact.

You can make yourself miserable but you can't make yourself happy.

This shouldn't be too much of a surprise as we begin to learn that we have been unconscious conspirators in our own unhappy lives. Even if it wasn't being pointed out, most of us can admit that at times we do make ourselves miserable. But there is nothing good about feeling bad. There is never a justification for tolerating self-misery because what is self-induced can be self-reduced and ultimately eliminated if you are willing to understand the underlying causes. This is why we must look at why it is impossible to make ourselves happy if we ever want to come upon authentic happiness.

Outside of drugs and alcohol, which are obviously not the way to happiness, whenever you want to make yourself happy, you must put forth an effort of some kind. Effort implies the application of force in a specific direction. We can see that this is good and necessary in following preconceived plans for construction projects, business concerns or cooking, for example. You can also make an effort to imagine or visualize new shapes and ideas to help in the creative process. But when it comes to being happy, any effort is the wrong one. Let's see if this is true. If it is, then we are on the verge of an even higher discovery: Real happiness is effortless. Let's find out more about this new possibility.

As we described, where there is an effort, there is, whether known or not, always a plan. All plans by definition are to build something; in this instance your plans are to build happiness. With this preconceived plan, this picture of happiness firmly fixed in your mind, you meet each of life's events looking for your picture instead of experiencing what life has brought to you. This painful and stress-producing process of comparison goes on unknowingly and it ruins everything it touches. Life becomes a series of disappointments instead of a series of happy adventures. Please ponder this next point. You could never be unhappy with anything you found in this life if you didn't already have it fixed in your mind what you were looking for.

Hopefully, we can learn from this that our ideas about happiness are more often than not the very root of our unhappiness. The point here is that happiness cannot be made. It is not the result of anything. Happiness comes to those who understand that you can't seek it any more than you seek the air you breathe. It is a part of life to be found within living. The excitement of anticipation is not happiness, any more than smelling freshly-baked bread nourishes a hungry body. All pursuit of happiness is based upon the false assumption that happiness can be possessed. It cannot. Happiness is the natural expression of a stress-free life, just as sunlight naturally warms the earth after dark clouds disappear.

All Negativity is the Absence of Something Positive

There is no force of hate. Hate is simply the absence of love, just as darkness is the absence of light.
Poverty is the absence of abundance, sickness is the absence of health. And sadness is the absence of joy.
All negativity is simply the absence of something positive.
This is very, very good to know.

water

I did think of a system with two conveyor belts, one transports dirt and drops it on top of another conveyor belt, the user then poops on that dirt and then the first conveyor belt drops another layer of dirt on top and the bottom conveyor belt transports it out into a composting skip at the rear of the bathroom. would require a lot more space than a western toilet but no water.

we start from now

we are for you. for you support n help
